Organisational Review and Design

MCA has conducted a significant number of major organisational review and design projects, addressing the challenges relating to inefficient processes, fragmented approaches, inflexible systems, inappropriate cultures and entrenched silos, requiring strategies to be developed to shift organisations from being a ‘gatekeeper’ to ‘customer-centric service provider’.

Organisational structures have the potential to significantly influence effectiveness and efficiency.  Over time, structures can become out-dated as they have not responded to shifts in customer or community needs, requirements for a new skill mix and growing pressure to be more responsive to the dynamic nature of the operating environment.
