One of George’s key skills is the ability to distil and interpret data from a wide range of sources and to develop relevant and practical strategies and implementation solutions to complex organisational problems.

George has been honoured to have been a Judge and National Judge Facilitator for the Telstra Business Awards and a Judge for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and the SA Centre for Innovation, Business and Manufacturing Awards.

A feature of George’s approach has been to challenge existing thinking that restricts organisational progress and then build, in partnership with the client, practical business structures, processes and systems that move the organisation towards best practice. This approach is designed to maximise the opportunity for skills transfer and to engender ownership of outcomes by the client.
